Application:

SDYJ2-142A is designed for the plane drafting system with 3 rollers and double aprons, and is applicable to any type of ring spinning frame. It can process cotton, man-made fiber and other synthetic fibers up to 60 mm. After changed into single zone slip drafting, it  also can process up to 120 mm.

Features:
Top roller gauge can be adjusted in a wide range. When the appropriate pressure value is chosen, on the front top roller there are 3 pressure values to choose.
Pressure bar is designed to be auto-adjusting central structure which makes top roller parallel bottom roller automatically. The front and middle pressure bars are sets structure for good parallelization in front zone.
Locking device is four-bar linkage mechanism, which is easy and safe to gain and relief pressure. After relief, the rigid positioning angle between the pendulum arm and drafting plane surface is 45°or 70°.
Weight element is circular spiral spring pressure. The spring is processed specially, so the pressure is stable and lasting.
