Application:

SDDA2122PD2 is designed for "V" drafting system of 3 rollers and double aprons, and is applicable to any type of ring spinning frame. It can process cotton, man-made fiber and other synthetic fibers up to 60 mm.

Features:

1.Use compression air to be power source, so the pressure is more stable.

2.It takes the form of "V" drafting, so the quality of yarn spinning is high.

3.It takes the form of curve drafting in back zone, enhanced the control of roving in back zone. You can increase back zone drafting multiple properly and not influence the yarn quality. Drafting multiple of spinning frame increased and spinning efficiency improved much.

4.When stopping to  relief pressure for short-term, cots have no load except remnants. It can prevent the cot from deforming and reduce yarn breakage when starting up again to improve the work efficiency.

5.Locking device is four bar linkage mechanism, which has strong self-jamming function and is easy to gain and relief pressure. This kind of pendulum arm is suitable for women to operate. The locking is safe.

6.After pendulum arm lifting, there are two rigid positioning angles for the maintenance of overhaul. One is  45°, and the other is 70°.
