Application:

SDDA2122PD is designed for “V” drafting system with 3 rollers and double aprons, and is applicable to any type of ring spinning frame. It can process cotton, man-made fiber and other synthetic fibers up to 60 mm. After changed into single zone slip drafting system, it can also process up to 120 mm.

Add support to the bracket to avoid the deforming of healing when adjusting the pressure.

Pressure-lever weighting is used in the 3 rollers of this pendulum arm. Infinitely variable pressure regulation can be done upon all the top rollers on the entire pendulum arm.

When stopping to relief pressure, cots have no load except remnants. It can prevent the cot from deforming and reduce yarn breakage when starting up again, thus the quality of yarn is improved.
