Application:

SDDA2122P system pneumatic pendulum arm of spinning frame is designed for “V” drafting system with 3 rollers and double aprons, and it can process cotton, man-made and synthetic fiber up to 60 mm. After changed into single zone slip drafting system, it  also can process up to 120 mm.

Top roller gauge can be adjusted in a wide range, and there are the clear scales to indicate.

Infinitely variable pressure regulation can be fulfilled on the top roller, and it operates stably. It is also applicable to many kinds of fiber materials.

Cots can still keep stable in the pressure adjusted after many times of repairing and grinding.

When knocking-off, semi-relief can be attained to prevent cots from deforming, and to reduce yarn breakage when operating again, thus the quality of yarns is improved.
