is designed for plane
drafting system with 3 rollers and double aprons, and
is
applicable to any type of ring spinning frame.
It can process cotton, man-made and
synthetic fiber up to 50 mm.
Features:
Gasbag lever weighting is used
in this kind of pendulum arm. The arm is applicable
to many types of fiber. Through adjusting the
pressure of gasbag, infinitely variable pressure
regulation can be done upon all the top rollers on
the entire pendulum arm. When the gasbag has a fixed
pressure, top roller can gain different pressure by
changing the position of conversion stud. It is
stable to gain pressure and very easy to operate.
Even after cot repaired and grinded, the
needed pressure still can be maintained by
adjustment.
When stopping to relief pressure, cots have no load except remnants. It can prevent
the cot from deforming and reduce yarn
breakage when starting up again, thus the quality of
yarn is improved.
Top roller gauge can be adjusted in a wide
range. From the front to middle the minimum gauge
can be adjusted to 45.5mm.
Locking device is four bar linkage mechanism,
which has strong self-jamming function and is easy
to gain and relief pressure. This kind of pendulum
arm is suitable for women to operate. The locking is
safe. Even after many times of relief, the pressure
on the pendulum arm has no change.
After pendulum arm lifted, there are two rigid
positioning angles which is convenient to the maintenance of overhaul. One of the angles is 45°and
the other is 70°.
