Application:
SDDA2122P pneumatic pendulum arm for spinning
frame is designed for "V" drafting system with
3 rollers and double aprons. It can process cotton,
man-made and blended fiber up to 60 mm. After changed
into
single zone slip drafting system, it also can process
up to 120
mm.
Features：
Easy to adjust and operate
The gauge of top roller can be adjusted in a wide
rage. The scales are clear.
Infinitely variable pressure regulation can be
fulfilled on the top roller, and it operates stably,
applicable to any fiber.
After much repairing and grinding, cots can keep
stable in the pressure adjusted.
When knocking-off, semi-relief is conductive to
prevent leather rollers from deforming, and to reduce
yarn breakage when operating again, thus the quality
of yarns is improved.
After SDDA2122P（B）pneumatic pendulum arm
lifting, there are two rigid positioning angles
for the maintenance of overhaul. One is 45°and the
other is 70°. |
